Warranty & Claims
SolidCabin provides a limited material warranty for factory-supplied cabin kit components. This is not a whole-building or installation warranty.
Concealed Transit Damage or Missing Parts
Report within 10 calendar days after delivery and before installation. Visible external transit damage must be photographed and recorded on the carrier's delivery receipt before unloading.
Incorrect or Non-Conforming Parts
Report within 30 calendar days after delivery and before installation.
Manufacturing Defects
Factory-produced structural timber components and factory-supplied aluminum doors, windows, and joinery are covered for qualifying manufacturing defects for 24 months after delivery.
