Up to four standard Stella 53 cabin kits can typically be planned in one 40-foot high-cube container.

Glazing, insulation, flooring, crawl-floor systems and other options change shipment volume and weight. Your final loading plan confirms the quantity.

This is a capacity illustration, not a technical packing layout. Freight, import costs, local engineering, foundations, assembly and utilities need separate project budgeting.

Is $18,000 a completed cabin price?

No. It is the standard cabin kit price, EXW Ankara, Turkey. Shipping, options and locally completed work are separate.

Can I add an enclosed ground-floor bedroom?

A project-specific layout can be considered, but it reduces the open living area. For a larger layout, explore Stella 82.

Do the photographs all show the current specification?

The galleries include completed U.S. applications, prototype development and project-specific finishes. Captions identify their context. Use the current specification and confirmed quotation for your project.
