The standard layout keeps the main living area, kitchen zone, bathroom, circulation, and stair access on the lower floor. The loft functions as the primary sleeping area and remains visually connected to the open A-frame interior.
A small enclosed sleeping room can also be considered on the main floor for specific project layouts. However, adding a lower-floor bedroom reduces the open living area. For most Stella 70 applications, the open main floor with loft sleeping space provides the cleaner and more balanced layout.

The deck is stated separately from the interior floor area. It forms an important part of the Stella 70 design and extends the living space toward the surrounding landscape.

Large Glass Façade and A-Frame Character
The large front glazing gives Stella 70 its primary architectural identity. It brings daylight into the open living area, maintains a visual connection between the loft and the landscape, and emphasizes the full height of the A-frame interior.

The façade combines fixed glazing areas with operable window and door joinery according to the selected project configuration. The exact glass specification is confirmed in the quotation and may include dual-pane tempered, tinted, or Low-E glazing depending on the climate and project requirements.
Up to Three Units per 40-Foot High-Cube Container
Stella 70 is designed around efficient multi-unit shipping. Up to three standard Stella 70 cabin kits can typically be planned within one 40-foot high-cube container.
The final container quantity depends on the selected glazing package, insulation materials, prefabricated timber floor system, hardwood flooring, kitchen package, additional options, total shipment weight, and final loading plan.
International freight is primarily calculated by container rather than by the number of cabins placed inside it. Transporting three units together can therefore reduce the freight cost allocated to each cabin and improve the landed-cost structure of a multi-unit development.
Container planning also considers the unloading sequence. Structural members, glazing packages, roofing materials, deck elements, and finish components must be arranged so they can be removed safely and in the order required by the site team.

Stella 70 was used for a three-unit rental cabin project in West Virginia. The cabins were shipped together and assembled as a repeated A-frame development on foundations prepared before delivery.

Stella 70 was also delivered and assembled for a hospitality project at Brekkøya in Norway in 2026. The project added practical experience with cold-climate planning, international delivery, coastal and mountain weather conditions, and on-site assembly outside the United States.

SolidCabin supplies the prefabricated cabin kit and does not normally provide turnkey construction outside its domestic market. Site-specific work is arranged by the buyer through local contractors, engineers, suppliers, and licensed trades.
