Up to three standard Stella 70 kits can typically be planned in one 40-foot high-cube container.

Glazing, insulation, floor systems and other options can change shipment volume and weight. The final loading plan confirms the quantity.

Stella 70 has evolved through customer requests and practical feedback from site assembly. Earlier projects show how the model has been used, adapted and developed over time.

Stella 70+ was an earlier revision. Selected features developed through that revision, particularly its height, were later incorporated into Stella 70.

No. It is the standard cabin kit price, EXW Ankara, Turkey. Shipping, options and locally completed work are separate.

Can I add an enclosed ground-floor bedroom?

A project-specific layout can be considered, but it reduces the open living area. For a larger layout, explore Stella 82.

Do the photographs all show the current specification?

The galleries include earlier Stella 70 configurations, the Stella 70+ revision and project-specific finishes. Captions identify their context. Use the current specification and confirmed quotation for your project.
