Manufacturing, Payment, Delivery & Assembly

Manufacturing

Typical manufacturing time is approximately 8 weeks from order confirmation. The project-specific schedule is confirmed before the order is finalized.

Payment

Payment terms are 50% upon order confirmation and 50% after the Bill of Lading is issued as proof of shipment.

U.S. Door-to-Door Delivery

Typical door-to-door delivery time to the U.S. East Coast is approximately 35-45 days after shipment. Typical delivery to the U.S. West Coast is approximately 75-90 days using the standard economical route. Alternative inland arrangements may reduce West Coast delivery to around 45 days, but are usually more expensive and are not the standard recommendation.

Documented Assembly Results

Assembly times published in case studies are documented results from specific projects, not guaranteed completion times. They normally refer to structural or core-shell assembly on a prepared foundation with the kit on site, an experienced crew, and suitable equipment. Permits, foundation work, utilities, MEP systems, interior finishes, and site delays are excluded unless expressly stated.
