Planning for the State

Planning a prefab cabin kit for an Arkansas site

A prefab cabin kit reduces factory cutting, labeling and many field layout decisions, but it does not remove the need for a prepared site, local permits, a coordinated foundation, unloading equipment and an experienced assembly plan.

Our completed Arkansas project involved a sloped Ozarks property, restricted access, weather interruptions and owner-managed local completion. Those conditions now inform how we discuss target dates, container handling, staging and local scope with new Arkansas customers.

Model Options

A-frame and modern cabin kits to consider for Arkansas

Model selection should follow the intended use, required space, site conditions and local review. These prefab cabin models provide a practical starting range for Arkansas projects.

Stella 82

A smaller Stella option for buyers seeking a compact footprint with a useful two-level interior.

Aries 96

The modern cabin model behind the completed Omaha project, with a broader interior, panoramic glazing and strong rental potential.

New model

Stella 86

A new Stella model positioned between Stella 82 and Stella Magna, with dimensions close to the Aries 96 range.

Stella Magna 110

A larger Stella option for projects that need more interior capacity while retaining the steep A-frame profile.

New Stella 86

A new Stella size planned for Arkansas

Stella 86 is being developed to fill the size range between Stella 82 and Stella Magna. One Stella 86 is included in the confirmed two-cabin Arkansas order currently targeted for spring 2027, alongside an Aries 96.

The current layout includes living and kitchen/dining space, one main-floor bedroom, one bathroom and an open loft gallery. The renderings below are pre-production design visuals, not photographs of a completed cabin.

Cabin footprintApprox. 18 ft 8 in x 29 ft 10 in
Overall heightApprox. 24 ft 4 in
Main floorLiving, kitchen/dining, 1 bedroom, 1 bath
LoftOpen gallery and sleeping area
Foundation coordination detail: the illustrated concrete slab is approximately 29 ft 7 in long. The cabin extends about 1.5 inches beyond the slab at both the front and rear so rainfall sheds outside the slab edge rather than requiring drainage directly below it. A prefabricated crawl-space add-on can also be discussed.
Next Arkansas Delivery

A confirmed two-cabin order targeted for spring 2027

This upcoming order is shown after the completed Aries 96 record so a pre-production model is never presented as finished-project evidence.

Confirmed order - spring 2027 target

One Aries 96 and one Stella 86

A two-cabin Arkansas order has been confirmed around a spring 2027 target: another Aries 96 and the new Stella 86. The target schedule remains subject to normal production, site-readiness, local review and freight coordination.

From Estimate to Delivery

How an Arkansas cabin-kit plan starts

A useful estimate begins with the destination and intended build window, not only the model price.

Define the project

Share the preferred model, number of units, intended use and Arkansas delivery ZIP code.

Coordinate the site

Review access, foundation approach, local engineering, permits, unloading and staging responsibilities.

Plan the target date

Coordinate production and freight around the customer's realistic site-readiness and assembly window.

Prepare local completion

Arrange local labor, utilities, HVAC, inspections, finishes, fixtures, decks and final site work.

Project Scope

What the prefab cabin kit supplies and what stays local

SolidCabin supplies a building package, not a finished turnkey Arkansas home. The exact package is confirmed in the project proposal.

Typical supplied scope

  • Selected exterior cladding and roofing components
  • Insulated aluminum windows and exterior doors

  • Foundation, excavation and site preparation

Questions before requesting an estimate

Does SolidCabin deliver cabin kits to Arkansas?

Arkansas buyers can discuss models including Stella 82, Stella 86, Aries 96 and Stella Magna 110. Final model selection depends on intended use, site conditions, local review, budget and required interior space.
Is the foundation included with the cabin kit?
No. Foundation design, site preparation, excavation, concrete work and local engineering remain part of the local project scope. SolidCabin provides model information needed for coordination with the customer and local professionals.
