A visit to a customer property is not guaranteed as a standard part of the ordering process. Most completed cabins are privately owned homes, independently operated rentals or active hospitality businesses.

Any separate visit therefore depends on the owner’s permission, the operating schedule, guest privacy, site access and the purpose of the visit.

Can You Stay in a Completed SolidCabin Project?

Yes. Some completed SolidCabin projects in the United States are operated as publicly bookable short-term rentals.

For a prospective buyer, staying in one of these cabins can provide a first-hand experience of the completed building rather than relying only on photographs, plans or a brief walk-through.

A stay can help the buyer experience the cabin’s proportions, natural light, loft arrangement, circulation and general atmosphere under real operating conditions.

The properties are independently owned and operated. Reservations, availability, prices, accommodation rules, cancellations and guest services are handled directly by the relevant property owner or operator rather than SolidCabin.

The completed interiors also contain locally completed work and owner-selected materials. Foundations, insulation installation, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, furniture and decorative finishes should not automatically be interpreted as part of the standard SolidCabin kit.

Please note: We do not publish every completed SolidCabin project as a reference without the owner’s permission, even when the property is publicly bookable. The Arkansas and West Virginia properties are independently owned and operated, and their hosts are not SolidCabin representatives. Prospective buyers are welcome to experience the cabins as regular guests, while technical, pricing and kit-related questions should be directed to SolidCabin.

Can a Separate Customer-Project Visit Be Arranged?

Possibly, but only on a case-by-case basis and with the owner’s prior permission.

SolidCabin does not own or control most completed project locations. A completed cabin may be:

• A private residence
• An operating short-term rental
• Part of a cabin hotel or resort
• Located on restricted or remote land
• Managed by an independent property operator

SolidCabin does not publish private customer addresses or promise access without approval.

Where a suitable project and willing owner are available, an introduction may be considered for a serious buyer whose proposed location, preferred model and expected project scope are already reasonably defined.

For most buyers, the publicly bookable Arkansas and West Virginia properties offer a more practical way to experience a completed cabin without placing additional demands on a private customer.

Can You Visit SolidCabin in Turkey?

Yes. Buyers and commercial partners who wish to visit Turkey are welcome to arrange a factory and technical visit with SolidCabin.

We host approximately 10 to 15 international visitors each year. A planned visit can provide a broader understanding of the cabin system than a short visit to one completed customer property.

At our own site, visitors can examine:

• Wall and roof construction sections
• Structural timber components
• Window and door joinery
• Connection, cladding and material details
• Different timber-building systems used in our own commercial buildings

The same site contains active commercial timber buildings owned and used by our company. These buildings were constructed in different years, beginning in 1997, using different structural systems, materials and construction techniques.

Because they remain in active use, visitors can examine not only newly prepared cabin components but also how different timber-building methods have performed over many years.

Can Stella 70 and Stella 82 Cabins Also Be Visited?

With sufficient advance notice, we may also be able to arrange a separate one-day visit to operating hospitality properties in Turkey that use Stella 70 or Stella 82 cabins.

These are independently operated hotels or accommodation businesses. Access must therefore be discussed and approved in advance with the relevant operator.

Availability depends on:

• The property’s operating schedule
• Guest occupancy and privacy
• The operator’s permission
• Travel distance and transportation planning
• The cabin models the visitor wants to examine

Where access is approved, the visit can allow buyers to compare the compact display cabins at our own site with larger Stella cabins operating in real hospitality use.
