Manufacturer documents and locally stamped permit documents are different deliverables.

SolidCabin supplies information for the manufactured system. Independent licensed professionals define and prepare the calculations, foundation design, seals and other site-specific permit documents required for the property.

The phrase "engineering package" can describe very different document sets.

For an imported cabin project, manufacturer information, production documentation, structural engineering and the final permit package should be treated as separate layers.

1. Model and Architectural Reference Documents

Available model information may include:

If accepted, the professional-services agreement and payment continue directly between the customer and the engineering firm.
