Aries 116 is a larger Aries cabin kit designed for buyers who need more interior space, more bedroom flexibility, and a stronger full-cabin experience than compact models can offer. With a wide main floor, full upper level, large glass openings, two bathrooms, and generous deck space, it is a strong fit for private cabins, premium rental units, guest houses, and resort projects.

About 1,000 Sq Ft of Interior Usable Area

Aries 116 offers about 635 sq ft (59 m²) on the main floor and about 370 sq ft (35 m²) on the upper floor, giving the model about 1,000 sq ft (93 m²) of interior usable area. The front and side decks add about 325 sq ft (30 m²), bringing the total usable area to about 1,325 sq ft (123 m²) including decks.

3-Bedroom Layout or Larger 2-Bedroom Version

The current layout is planned with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one bathroom on the main floor and one bathroom upstairs. For buyers who prefer fewer rooms and more comfort, Aries 116 can also be planned as a 2-bedroom version with a much larger master bedroom, a larger bathroom layout, and an optional bedroom balcony concept.
