Montana Custom Aries Cabin Expansion

After supplying 4 A-frame cabin kits to Montana in 2023,  and another batch in 2024 ,we later worked with the same project direction on a larger custom Aries expansion delivered in 2025.

For this phase, two larger Aries-based cabin kits were produced and shipped: one approximately 20'×37' and one approximately 20'×40'. These units were developed through customizations based on the Aries 96 and larger Aries cabin concepts, with the layouts adjusted according to the customer’s project needs.

The two Aries structures were added to the right and left sides of the customer’s existing building and connected through corridor-style transitions. The central existing structure was rebuilt locally by the customer’s own team to match the new Aries additions. SolidCabin supplied the custom Aries cabin kits for the side structures and also provided some matching materials to help support visual consistency across the overall project.

This project is a good example of how our Aries cabin system can be adapted beyond standard model dimensions. Larger footprints, customized room divisions, and project-specific layouts can be developed while keeping the core logic of a factory-prepared cabin kit: structural components, exterior package, drawings, packing, and local assembly coordination.
